The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It is alleged by the Block Supply Officer that the petitioner did not supply the food-grains in May, 2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the accusation has been levelled. During investigation, consumers have not made such complain, alleged in the First Information Report. Petitioner is license since 1989 and for the alleged occurrence of 08.05.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 27.05.2015. It is further submitted that dealership license of the petitioner has not been suspended.

No.56536 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
