The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24993 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Matrimonial Case for dissolution of marriage and on account of the same these petitioners have been made accused in this case. The petitioners are relatives of the informant and they have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.
