This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 314C2 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of no recovery of liquor from the possession of the petitioner and also the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge V-cum-Exclusive Special Court II, Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 314C2 of 2023.
