Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020, Spl. Case No. 2968 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.03.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
