JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Today again, a prayer is being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP-31, for adjourning the case.

The writ petition was filed on 17.12.2007 with a prayer to direct the Respondents to constitute a fresh Vidyalaya Siksha Samiti for Lashkari Primary School falling in Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura. It was alleged that the same was wrongly constituted.

After filing of the writ petition, earlier thrice the writ petition was taken up, but on all the occasions, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16698 of 2007 (5) dt.26-06-2015 Today again, same prayer is being reiterated. The prayer is refused.
