Thereafter, the matter has been placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the office with a note that e-supplementary affidavit has been filed and ementioning has been allowed as per Flag "A". Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, he could not point out that the date of First Information Report has wrongly been mentioned in first paragraph of the petition as 04.12.2019, instead of the correct date 05.10.2019. It is further submitted that the fact that the

No.27414 of 2020(3) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 petitioner was also an accused in Kudhani Police Station Case No 285 of 2019, apart from the instant case, has also not been mentioned when the matter was taken up on 20.10.2020, though a supplementary affidavit had already been filed placing on record these two facts on 16.10.2020.
