This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for payment of suspension allowance of the petitioner for the period of suspension.

In this case, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 and in paragraph 13, it is contended that order of punishment has already been passed against the petitioner withholding the suspension allowance, vide order dated 25.12.2019.

In the aforesaid fact and circumstances, since the order of punishment is not under challenge, this Court is not inclined to
