The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 385, 354, 379, 427, 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while the informant was in her house, the accused persons having armed with deadly weapon, entered her house and assaulted with bad intention. Some ornaments and cash is also alleged to have been taken away on the point of pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Both parties are agnates. There is property dispute between the parties. Title Suit No. 17

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25944 of 2019(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 of 2011 is pending between the parties in the court of learned Sub Judge-Ist, Khagaria.

On behalf of the State and O.P. No. 2, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ankita Jaiswal, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class/concerned court, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
