Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, during the course of investigation, the informant found manipulation in the certificates of the petitioner, on the basis of which, he had been appointed as a teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this

He further submits that petitioner has passed his Madhyama examination in the year 1983 and thereafter marksheet and certificates were provided to the petitioner by the school concerned. He further submits that for the mistakes on the part of Board at the time of issuance of mark-sheet, petitioner cannot be punished for the mistakes of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 173 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
