The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1233C of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.27850 of 2019(6) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners happen to be in-laws of the complainant and they reside separately and have not concern with the conjugal life of the complainant and her husband. Neither the petitioners have demanded any dowry not they have tortured and assaulted the complainant in any manner. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 1233-C of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
