The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by the order dated 05.08.2016 this writ petition was ordered to be listed for admission after disposal of CWJC No. 7702 of 2010 and 8825 of 2010. Both the writ petitions have been disposed of but
Patna High Court CWJC No.8121 of 2014 (4) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 against the order passed in the aforesaid writ petitions L.P.A. No. 763 of 2016 is filed, which is pending for admission. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to move this court again after disposal of L.P.A. No. 763 of 2016, if the petitioners are at all aggrieved. The prayer is allowed.
This writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as aforesaid.
