Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 477(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sigaudi P.S.Case No. 38 of 2015. As per allegation, some forged revenue receipts were produced before the revenue authority and on the basis of those forged receipts, paddy crops of the agriculturists were

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the name of the Chairman of the PACS is also Ram Pravesh Singh and he has been taken into custody as mentioned in paragraph no. 220 of the case diary. He has submitted further that the petitioners are only the farmers and on similar footing the learned court below has directed other farmers to surrender before the court below and the court below was directed that if the case of those petitioners were on similar footing to that of Jaleshwar Singh, who has been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.5541 of 2016, similar benefit should also be granted to those petitioners.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks from today and if the case of the petitioners is found similar to the case of co-accused Jaleshwsar Singh, who has been granted regular bail in Cr.Misc. No. 5541 of 2016, the similar benefit may be granted to the present petitioners. With these observations, this anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided
