ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the agreement period for managing the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Maghuana Alauli, Khagaria has expired on 31.03.2014 and thereafter, the same was not extended in favour of the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon and the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the
