In this case the petitioners apprehend their arrest in Roh P.S. Case No. 43/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners has been made for perpetrating sexual assault.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
