JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and tried to cause burn injury to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the informant was granted anticipatory bail on readiness to keep the informant as his wife with dignity and honour. Moreover, no burn injury was caused to the informant and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant and no burn injury was caused to the informant,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1189 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.315/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
