The petitioner seeks bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 307, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report there is specific allegation against Fudan Mandal and Raj Kishor Mandal of assaulting the informant with sharp cutting weapons. Petitioner is merely said to be member of unlawful assembly.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
