2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalibagh (O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/384/379/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is said to have assaulted with Dabiya on the head of the informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, the
