JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) The petitioner may be paid the arrears of pay and allowances for the period of his suspension from 13.9.2004 to 23.3.2012 in terms of order as contained in memo no. 212 dated 16.5.2012 issued under the signature of the District Magistrate, Aurangabad by which the petitioner has been exonerated of the charges and the departmental proceeding has been dropped, and full pay and allowances for the suspension period has been sanctioned.

(ii) The petitioner may be paid his full salary and allowances for the period from 24.3.2012 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.22447 of 2013(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 19.10.2012, the date when he joined on transfer in the Obra Block from Rafiganj Block.

(iii) The petitioner may be paid his salary and allowances for the period from 20.10.2012 till date in the office of Block Development Officer, Obra where he on being transferred is still posted there. (iv) Interest @ 12% per annum on the amounts of arrears of pay and allowances not so far paid till the same is paid."

A bare perusal of the counter affidavit, filed by the respondents, would show that most of the outstanding salary, due to be paid to the petitioner has already stood paid, hence I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by approaching the respondent-authorities. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
