The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The informant paid Rs.45,000/- for managing job to co-accused Rajeev Ranjan in presence of this petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that the informant was himself indulged in illegal act of getting back door entry in job, hence, he cannot get legal protection.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner specially the fact that nothing was paid to the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53148 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/Successor Court in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 513 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
