JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with R.P.F. Mokama Post Case No. 06 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 3 R.P.(U.P.) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019. the case was registered against unknown. There is no eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case as in the past also he was accused in similar case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
