The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No.23 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 486 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order dated 21.12.2021 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.24382 of 2021 by which similarly situated co-accused, namely, Kartik Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36497 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 21.12.2021 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.24382 of 2021, this application is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No.23 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
