By an order dated 21.10.2016, the petitioners, who are accused of an offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 504, 506, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016, were granted provisional anticipatory bail. The informant of the case is wife of petitioner no.1. Other petitioners are his family members.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41942 of 2016 (4) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 petitioners has submitted that the matrimonial dispute is the reason behind lodging of the F.I.R. and there is no chance that the petitioners will tamper with the investigation or trial. Considering the above submission, this petition is allowed. Provision bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 21.10.2016 stands confirmed.
