The petitioner has been in custody since 11.01.2019 in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 230/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 323/341/307/354(A)/ 379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and that he has been falsely implicated in connection with present case. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is of attack with Lathi and Danda, but only two injuries have been found on his body which can be attributed to co-accused Fudan Mandal and Raj Kishore Mandal.

In view of the aforementioned facts and
