The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 31.05.2012 (Annexure-5) passed in Mutation Revision Case No. 01 of 2011-12/29 of 2011-12 by the respondent Additional Collector, Kaimur (Bhabua), whereby aforesaid Mutation Revision Case filed on behalf of the respondent no.5 was allowed and order dated 15.06.2011 passed by the respondent DCLR, Mohania in Mutation Appeal Case No. 65 of 2010-11 was reversed and set aside.

In the considered opinion of this Court, against the impugned order dated 31.05.2012 (Annexure-5), the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
