Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.16 of 2022 instituted under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, on 09.01.2022, the informant got knowledge that his daughter Gyanti Devi has been killed by the accused husband and his family members. Accordingly, he reached her in-laws house and lodged the FIR. The petitioner being the husband of the deceased lady cannot exonerate himself from the responsibility that he had to take care of the lady and in view of the fact that she is no more, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him privilege

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27216 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
