The petitioner being the sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim as the husband tortured the victim at the place of his employment in Punjab. The petitioner is the married sister of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56175 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 husband of the victim, who is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
