JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Dumara P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report, filed by the Inspector Bihar Home Guard Battalion, Sitamarhi that in the year, 2014, during course of re-enrollment of Home Guards of Parihar Block of Sitamarhi District, one general public namely Jai Kumar Chaurasiya (petitioner) got enrolled using Force No. 12936, after committing forgery in the register of the training and, put his signature and went for training in Central Training Centre, Bihta.
In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39273 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, which will be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
