JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault by various weapons by the petitioners to the informant's side. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side also received injuries. However, both sides have entered into compromise and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55382 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Buxar Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Buxar.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
