ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 353, 383, 332, 333, 307/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the story of stone pelting over the police officials is frivolous. It is further submitted that out of 156 persons, who were subsequently named to be the participants in the said stone pelting, the petitioner is also one of them and his name has figured at Serial 70.

No.16615 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made and also because the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7th, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
