The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners took KCC loan on the basis of forged Land Possession Certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to return the due loan amount within a period of seven months.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56174 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the present stand of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail provisionally for eight months, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The provisional bail of the petitioners will be confirmed by the learned court below on production of substantial proof/no dues certificate issued by the bank concerned with regard to repayment of due loan amount by the petitioners.
