2. The present writ petition has been filed against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7752 of 2014(3) dt.11-07-2023 3/3 order and judgment dated 31.03.2014 passed by the Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.96 of 2013.

3. The present writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 7752 of 2014, is related to CWJC No. 7922 of 2014 and CWJC No. 8539 of 2014. All the three writ petitions have been filed against the common order dated 31.03.2014 passed by the Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.96 of 2013, B.L.T. Case No.97 of 2013 and B.L.T. Case No.99 of 2013, respectively.

4. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners submits that all the three matters may be permitted to be remitted back to the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sadar, Darbhanga for fresh initiation of the proceeding and for final adjudication in this matter, in accordance with law.

5. In the light of said submissions made above, all the three cases i.e. CWJC No. 7752 of 2014, CWJC No. 7922 of 2014 and CWJC No. 8539 of 2014 are hereby disposed off, as the observation of the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna has been accepted by the counsel for the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
