On limited issue having been raised at the time of hearing on behalf of the petitioner this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Collector of the District under Section 21 of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 for redressal of his grievance.
If such application is filed by the petitioner, the Collector of the District would be required to examine the record and take a decision by passing reasoned order within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7738 of 2014 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 three months from the date of filing of such application along with a copy of the order after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned.
