The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of robbing the informant and his father, leading to registration of FIR against 7-8 unknown. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on confession of co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no material has been collected during investigation against the petitioner. Though, the petitioner is accused in one another case registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that co-accused Chhote Lal @ chhotelal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55258 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 Yadav has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42041 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.14 of 2015, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
