JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is of subjecting the deceased to torture with respect to demand of dowry and of causing her death for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not the relative of husband of the deceased rather he is only the mediator of the marriage between the deceased and her husband and only general and omnibus allegation has been attributed to him and he has been in judicial custody since 29.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
