2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 34 of 2026 instituted for the offence under Sections 303(2), 316(5), 318(4) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the husband of the petitioner was head cashier at AIIMS, Patna and he has embezzled altogether Rs. 42,99,000/-.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26079 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/3 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case only because she is the wife of main accused Anurag Aman. Learned counsel has submitted that the husband of the petitioner has already deposited entire amount and he has already been granted bail by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14485 of 2026. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is a lady.

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the AIIMS have opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 34 of 2026, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Patna subject to the conditions as laid
