Petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 353, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the driver of the informant. The occurrence took place on account of dispute over removing the vehicle on the road. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail
