1. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6550 of 2020.

2. The concerned Respondent has redressed the grievance of the petitioner. The same has been placed on record as Annexure-C to the Show Cause and it is dated 29.08.2022.

Patna High Court MJC No.1114 of 2023(4) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 Petitioner's grievance has been turned down while assigning reasons. Therefore, there is a sufficient compliance to orders of this Court.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned action of the respondent in accordance with law.
