The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 12.07.2021 bearing Memo No. 828 issued under the signature of the Regional Deputy Director of Education (R.D.D.E.), Patna Division, Patna by which the petitioner has been dismissed from her service from the date of issuance of the said order.
3. At very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is fully covered with judgment dated 04.03.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 224 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6719 of 2023 dt.18-03-2024 2/2 2024 and analogous cases.
4. Considering the facts as available on record and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is allowed setting aside the order dated 12.07.2021 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division, Patna.
