2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Areraj P.S. Case No.113 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is assailant of the victim. He is said to have assaulted the victim by means of iron rod.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2024 and he has three criminal antecedents. There is a counter case and one person has died from the petitioner's side in the occurrence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below, in connection with Areraj P.S. Case No.113 of 2024.
