JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 13.02.2012, contained in Memo No. 43 dated 17.02.2012 passed in Appeal No. 1262/10 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
