JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1) For issuance of writ directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners as Sub Inspector of Police, who qualified all the examination but their names left out from selection list due to wrong assessment of the paper of optional

II) For issuance of writ directing the respondents to delete the wrong question from the Philosophy & Public Administration subject or to add their marks in the marks obtained by the petitioners.

III) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to take the appropriate steps to punish the concerned officer, who had appointed Mr. Heeraman Tiwary as the expert of the Philosophy Subject."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
