JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 If across the board the category to which the petitioner belongs has been granted benefit of revised pay-scale from 1.1.1996 of Rs.5000-8000/-, no special indulgence can be shown to the petitioner by giving the benefit of pay-scale of Rs.5500-9000. The decision to extend such a benefit emerges from the details which have been urged in the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the State, especially para 7 onwards.
In view of the above, there cannot be any order for providing other replacement scale of either Rs.5000-8000/- or Rs.5500-9000/- as is the prayer made in the writ application. Since there has to be some kind of policy amongst the
