1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to hand over the charge to the petitioner as Anganwadi Sevika of Anganwadi Centre No. 121 (48) under Samsa-1 Gram Panchayat in the district of Begusarai with full status of Anganwadi Sevika.
(II) And also for commanding the respondent to issue certificate of Anganwadi Sevika in favour of petitioner who has already been selected as Anganwadi Sevika."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
