The writ application has been filed for directing the authorities of the -ECR to provide job to the petitioner in the Railway service as per their scheme for job of one person each from one family of the land holders whose lands have been acquired for construction of Railways including goods go-down at Mauza- Raipura, in the District of Patna. The respondents have filed counter affidavit and explained in para 8 thereof the reasons for non grant of the

Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this application, this Court is constraint to dismiss the writ application for non-prosecution. I order accordingly.
