ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Town Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 324, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an allegation has been made against the petitioner of having inflicted the Garasa blow but the injuries are found to have been simple in nature and not by sharp cutting weapon but by some hard blunt substance.

Considering the nature of allegation and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57487 of 2015 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) sunil/- U T
