JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that petitioner has been absconding since 2014. The Investigating Officer has seized house hold articles of the petitioner in execution of process under Section 83 Cr. P.C. against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
