JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard Mr. Siaram Sahi, learned counsel for the State. Perused the supplementary show cause filed by opposite party no.3.

2 .The stand of the State is that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the merit list having been prepared, two remaining petitioners did not qualify. Mr. Sahi submits that these selections were to be done several years back when the reservation in the manner in which they have been applied, did not apply. If that is kept in mind, may be the petitioners will qualify.

3. In my view, in this contempt proceeding it may not be appropriate for this Court to decide the issue of applicability of reservation one way or the other. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the State action, they would have the liberty to move the appropriate forum or the court for redressal of their grievance. 4.These proceedings stand terminated.
