The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No. 144 of 2015 instituted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that some miscreants entered into unconstructed house of Surendra Singh Mukhia where the informant was a caretaker living with his family members. During the scuffle, informant pulled off mask, whereby the petitioner has covered his mouth, and identified him and after looting articles of the house, he escaped away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated at the behest of the Mukhia as he did not cast vote in his favour.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38983 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the nature of accusation against the petitioner and identified by the informant, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
