The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 415, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Barundev on false promise of marriage and also that he will adopt all her three children established physical relation, further they resided as husband and wife for two and a half years, next alleges that Barundev went to Delhi to earn his livelihood and thereafter she came to know he has solemnized his marriage, on which the informant went to the house of the accused person where she was abused.

No.27689 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, being father of Barundev, it is also submitted that the allegations are cryptic, vague, general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kartaha (Katraha) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
