The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 184/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the specific allegation of torturing and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36553 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 demand of dowry against the petitioner No. 1 (Mundrika Gond) and petitioner No. 3 (Gayatri Devi) who are the fatherin-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioners No. 2, 4 and 5 are sisters-in-law (Nand) and brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners who are the sisters and brother of the husband of the deceased and considering the general and omnibus allegations against them and also considering the fact that they are junior members of the family, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners No. 2, 4 and 5 above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 184/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
